ARKO Consult is a firm founded in 2009 that has a team of experts, facilitators, and creatives with international experience in capacity building, focused on strengthening decision-making, formulating and evaluating organizational processes, and transforming individuals or groups that play a role in institutions, companies, or cooperation systems.

Methodologies
Process management requires managing scarce resources and making difficult decisions. Practical tools are needed to achieve the objective without losing sight of the essential part: the human needs involved.
A systemic analysis leads to finding the relationship between various causes and effects in order to identify a specific range of opportunities for improvement. The different perspectives on the challenges have levels of harmonization; the goal is to find the path toward strengthening the best connections and implementing specific actions that enable progress.
Achieving this harmony requires applying methodologies and tools, and a combination of observation and listening, while accompanying the group of people in their context.

International consultant with 30 years of professional experience and extensive expertise in international cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean and in the private sector. She has coordinated projects and thematic networks and advised various organizations on change management, project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, with a focus on capacity building for results achievement and relationship management. She supports teams and individuals in strengthening leadership, always seeking creative strategies. She is an admirer of art and a learner of methods to apply it in personal conflict resolution. From time to time, she draws and tries to make a sound on her musical instrument.

Becker Rojas
He is an international consultant with more than 20 years of experience in leading development strategies and strengthening the capacities of public institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean. He has served as a manager and advisor for international cooperation projects and government entities, leading efforts in areas such as inter-institutional coordination, organizational transformation, state decentralization, and public policy evaluation and adjustment. He has been a teacher and facilitator of participatory processes for resolving complex issues. In his free time, he studies literature, philosophy, and theater. When life slows down, he escapes to the field or the sea to enjoy solitude.

Calle Rozo
With over 35 years of professional experience in various Latin American countries in capacity building, institutional strengthening, strategic planning, project management, gender, technical input collection, experience systematization, and public policy formulation. She has worked in the private and public sectors, as well as with the third sector and international cooperation. She has over 13 years of teaching experience in Development Project Management, Territorial Economic Development Policies, Gender Equality, and International Cooperation at various universities. Diving, snorkeling, swimming, and walking on a deserted beach with crystal clear waters are her first choice when she has free time. She also loves to read and enjoys spending time alone.

International consultant with 30 years of experience in Latin America, specializing in strategic facilitation, organizational development, and public development policies. He has accompanied processes of peacebuilding, social and economic inclusion, land use planning, environmental governance, and energy transition. He works with diverse teams in complex contexts, creating spaces for dialogue, planning, and learning that connect vision, action, and transformation. He maintains a critical view of reality, cultivates irreverence as a lifestyle, and, above all, does not take himself too seriously.

Professional with over 30 years of experience in education, human development, and therapeutic support, with a career spanning South America and Europe. Specializes in integrating mindfulness, Brain Gym, brain dominance, and stress management to facilitate learning and personal transformation. Her approach seeks to promote balance, purpose, and well-being in young people and adults. He currently coaches professionals in the corporate world, works in private practice, and heads the ethics council of a journalists’ association in Brazil. In his spare time, he studies ancient traditions and travels the world whenever she can, because she believes that learning from ancient cultures is enriching and fascinating.

Editor with 23 years of experience in different areas of publication production, from text editing and editing to designing books, magazines, reports, documentations, and promotional material.
He specializes in publications related to the systematization of experiences and reports on the results of international cooperation programs and projects and government institutions, although he has also collaborated with university publishing departments. He lives in the field and is learning meditation.

Cifuentes Vargas
Professional with 25 years of experience in the field of mental health promotion, prevention, and treatment in several countries in Latin America and Spain. She has worked in the community setting in the design and development of adult training programs, strengthening job skills and the subjectivation of rights with populations at risk of exclusion. She has a solid academic background and extensive experience in private practice and health institutions, psychoanalytic clinics, emotional trauma treatment, and accompanying adolescents and adults in the construction of their life projects. She takes care of a small vegetable garden, makes collages, and participates in read-aloud circuits in public spaces.
